A. SHIPPING INFORMATION

By default shipment is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post. The respective shipping costs are listed below.

If you require shipment to an unlisted country, please write us an email (kreativbabydesign@yahoo.com) indicating the item, quantity and the country of the delivery address. We will then inform you at short notice whether or not we can ship to that country, and where applicable inform you about the shipping costs.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany we charge 3,90 Euro per order.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We are shipping to all european countries. For decorative cushions, chill cushions, wool jackets / overalls / coats and bed snakes we charge 12,99 Euro per order, otherwise there are 6,70 Euro shipping costs.

Outside of the European Union shipping is possible to Switzerland. Here we charge 16,99 Euro per order for the shipping of decorative cushions, chill cushions, wool jackets / overalls / coats and bed snakes, otherwise there are also 6,70 Euro shipping costs.

For deliveries to other countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not respronsible for and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. custom duties). B. PAYMENT INFORMATION

I. Payment Options

For deliveries within and outside of Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment via bank transfer
2. Cash on pickup
3. Payment via PayPal

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment via bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the order number as the purpose. We will send you the bank details separately by email as part of the order processing.

2. Cash on pickup

You pick up the goods yourself and pay in cash on site. We will inform you by email when the order is ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Kreativ Baby Design, Alte Happenbacher Str. 5, 74199 Untergruppenbach. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

3. Payment via PayPal

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment. The incoming payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

C. INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times are given in the respective item descriptions. Shipments will be sent after receipt of payment. The specified day are working days (Mon-Fri). The delivery abroad usually takes 3-12 working days.
